Tim is a director in the Oxford development team, having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2010. He jointly heads up the combined Oxford and Reading development teams.
Tim's primary role involves the assessment, valuation, disposal and acquisition of residential development land, working for a variety of clients to develop and implement strategies to manage and maximise the value of their assets.
Tim specialises in providing strategic development advice, working with land owners, housebuilders and specialist promoters to deliver major residential-led strategic urban extensions and proposed new settlements.
Development consultancy work includes viability advice, acting on behalf of landowners in option purchase price negotiations and advising on ransom and overage positions.
